I bought a Lincoln Nautilus from Car Smart auto In Columbia, Kentucky. It was one of the Best car buying experiences that I have had when purchasing a vehicle. Chuck is a great person to work with. During the time of negotiations I had several problems with health issues in the family and would have to cancel my appointment to come and see him. He was very patient and very kind. With Chuck, there’s absolutely no pressure. I find him to be a man of honesty and great integrity. I bought a Honda Ridgeline here back in 2019, it had a rebuilt title from rear end damage. The price was good because it had been repaired but I never did have any problems with it.

My wife and I had been shopping for a quality used truck for some time and due to my work schedule my time was limited to test drive a truck we were interested in. Chuck was willing to stay open later and allow us time to test drive one. We decided to purchase it and Chuck was willing to work with us on price. The deal overall was seamless and stress free.
